Born on January 21, 1955 in Pennsylvania, Jeff Koons is a plastic artist and sculptor.

Its American neo-pop kitsch style seduces or disturbs, amuses or shocks. In the line of Andy Warhol, he created his art manufacturing plant in New York, dedicated to the production of his work. Having today in Chelsea of 1.500 m2 and 100 regular assistants, he mimics in a certain way the Fordism and the sewing workshop to his artistic production (numbered colors...).

His work is absolutely emblematic of the end of the twentieth century. Very complex: it is a synthesis of consumer society, Pop Art and Ready Made, it is full of humor, joie de vivre and confidence in its success, lightness too. She is at the same time rooted in the world of art, business and completely sincere.
