Craig Alan

Craig Alan was born in 1971 in San Bernardino, California. Although he was always attracted to art, his creativity really developed when his family moved to New Orleans as a child. His intense need for knowledge and culture has nurtured his ability for detailed visual interpretation. Inspired by the city’s enthusiasm for creative expression, he began to explore his own innovative impulses.

His first attempt was a street portrait, helping him perfect his gift for human figure reproduction and thus allowing this emerging artist to secure financial security. Since then, saving his earnings, he was able to pay for his studies as well as the material necessary for his artistic achievements. Although he has always wanted to follow a formal art form, Alan has continued to develop technically and conceptually through his own research.
