Patrick Rubinstein is a French artist born in 1960 in Paris.

Fascinated by Op Art and kinetics, he creates optical works. He invented the Kinetic Pop Art movement where he mixed figurative and technical art with optical arts.

He makes merge and combine faces, works, creations, advertisements, pop icons in the same work. This one reveals its multiple facets according to the light and the angle of vision. He innovates by incorporating metal sheets in his creations so that light and reliefs become the revealing actors of the paintings.
