Richard Aujard
Richard Aujard was a French photographer and director known for his work in the fields of fashion, advertising, portrait and documentary. Born on 11 July 1965 in Hasparren, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, he began his career as an assistant in the photography department of Vogue at the age of 19.
Aujard has worked with many celebrities and influential figures such as Naomi Campbell, Mickey Rourke, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Mike Tyson, Monica Bellucci, and Eric Cantona. His distinctive style and ability to capture the essence of his subjects has made him a highly respected photographer in the industry.
Unfortunately, Richard Aujard died on February 2, 2021 at the age of 56. His funeral took place in Paris, where many friends, colleagues and celebrities, including Béatrice Dalle and boxer Franck Tiozzo, paid tribute to him.
